Zebudo — Delete your account

In the game

Open Profile → Delete account. The game shows what will be deleted and asks you to confirm. Deletion is immediate.

If you no longer have the app, sign in below with the same Apple, Google or Facebook account you used in the game. We will find the account linked to that sign-in and delete it after your confirmation — nothing else is stored about you, so there is nothing else to check.

What is deleted and what remains

Deleted from our server right away: your player record, sign-in links, sessions, game history, statistics and the text of your reports. Copies in backups are overwritten within 30 days.

What remains: puzzle states from your reports without any link to you, purchase records required by accounting law, and anonymous statistics. Details — privacy policy, «Deleting your account».

A subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Purchases stay with your Apple or Google account and can be restored with «Restore purchases».

You can also withdraw Zebudo's access to your Apple, Google or Facebook account in that account's settings.

Guests

If you played without signing in, your data is deleted automatically after 12 months without activity. To delete it sooner, write to [email protected] with the player ID shown in your profile.
